Frequently Asked Questions

What Happens if My Certificate Expires?

All certificates issued by DVLA have an expiry date whereby the registration mark must either be assigned to a vehicle or extended. If the registration is not extended, the DVLA have the power to revoke the rights to that plate. It's not a good idea to allow a registration to expire as it may become lost for good and no refunds will be paid.

If you find yourself in a position where you have an expired certificate, please call or email us and we will try to help secure it for you.
